Buyanh Huawu Decoction And Ling Guizhugan Decoction For The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis And Water Drink Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Linggui Zhugan Decoction on TCM syndrome integral,serum brain natriuretic peptide(NT proBNP)level,six minute walking test distance and NYHA cardiac function classification of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency of qi deficiency,blood stasis and water drinking type,so as to evaluate the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Linggui Zhugan Decoction on chronic cardiac insufficiency of qi deficiency,blood stasis and water drinking type.Methods:Through the screening of patients with cardiac function Ⅰ～Ⅲin the Fourth Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2019 to February 2021,30 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria and received standardized western medicine treatment were selected as the control group,and 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria and received Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Linggui Zhugan Decoction on the basis of standardized western medicine treatment were selected as the control group Before and after treatment,the patients in the treatment group were compared with the scores of heart failure score and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)score before and after treatment.Result:1.TCM syndrome quantitative score and curative effect comparison:after treatment,the TCM syndrome of the two groups decreased compared with before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 93.33%,and that in the control group was 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of NP Pro BNP level:after treatment,the BNP levels of the two groups were significantly lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.6-minute walking test distance comparison:after treatment,the 6-minute walking distance of the two groups increased,the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group increased more significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant((P<0.05).4.NYHA cardiac function classification comparison:after treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group was 73.33%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant((P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction combined with conventional western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.2.Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment can effectively extend the 6-minute walking test distance,reduce the NP Pro BNP level and improve the cardiac function classification of patients with heart failure.3.Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Wuling powder can effectively improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure of qi deficiency,blood stasis and water drinking type.
