Job burnout problems of health professionals have been increasingly concerned in recent years. As work is related to human life, they must bear the great responsibility and risk, high-load work and pay too much emotion, and the longer working hours, job one, therefore, medical staff is one of the most closely watched of the crowd on the burnout. Studies have found that more than 90% of the doctors who are too mentally and physically exhausted, especially mental fatigue staggering. Long-term mental and physical exhaustion very easily lead to the occurrence of burnout. Burnout is not only related to their own health, but also to the lives of patients and the doctor-patient relationship, it causes a decline of trust in health care, the patient compliance and thus reduce the increase of disease, which have a negative impact on improving the quality of care for, their own career development and living conditions, thus it is not conducive to social harmony and stability and development. Therefore, for improving physical and mental health workers and hospital efficiency, and ensure medical safety, paying too much attention to the burnout and be effective interventions is important.Objectives:The study aims to understand the job burnout status among health professionals in county public hospitals in Shandong Povince and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide recommendation for early prevention and treatment about health professionals'burnout, to improve their work performance and quality of medieal services.Methods:In this study, a multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used.The study interviewers were health professionals in county pubilc hospitals in Weihai, Dongying, Heze, in Shandong Province.Self-made questionnaires were used in this survey and they were finished by health professionals under the guidance of investigators uniformly trained.3200 questionnaries were distributed and 2903 copies were collected, the effetive rate is 90.7%. ACESS software was used to establish the database and SPSS17.0 and Lisrel7.0 were used to statistical analysis.Data analysis methods are:(1)As sample size n=2903> 2000, so the Kolmogorov-Smirnov (D test) subject to the normal test samples. (2)Non-parametric test was used in single factor analysis of the factors for the health technician burnout. (3)Optimal scaling regression was used in multivariate analysis of factors for the health technician burnout. (4)Structural equation model was used in verifing the relationship between burnout and work requirements-resources.Mainresults:(1)The burnout status of health professionals is more serious. The survey subjectst hat 91.2% of the medical staff had a burnout,11.4% in a high state. (2)The univariate and multivariate analysis showed that①Young clinicians are high-risk groups.②Work overload, work pressure and more severe role conflict and other health professionals are considered the impact of burnout factor.③Feedback on the work is not high, the limited autonomy of health professionals led to the important factors of low achievement.④Harmonious interpersonal relationships, trust in the good of patients have a buffering effect on job burnout.⑤Workplace violence can not be ignored.⑥Health professionals recognized for their career is an important factor to reduce the incidence of job burnout.⑦Social support and the negative emotion in burnout was negatively correlated, and positively correlated with achievement. (3)Burnout and Job Demands-Resources model results show that high demand and lack of resources led to the medical staff negative emotional exhaustion and work attitudes, at the same time, abundant resources can enhance the sense of achievement working, to provide staff with a wealth of job resources can effectively alleviate burnout.Conclusions and suggestions:(1)The job burnout is more prevalent in county public hospitals in Shandong Province, which should cause the relevant health authorities and hospital administrators'attention. (2)The main factor in burnout is professional category, professional titles, the meaning of work, workload, relationships, job pressure, time conflict, stress conflict, practice self-assessment environment, the health technician patient services provided by trust, patients with health professionals No excesses, occupational health staff recognition, social support of health workers and so on. (3)According to the results of this survey, the following recommendations were made for reference:①Organizational strategy(Establish humane modern hospital management system, create a good atmosphere of the hospital, managers try their best to address health status of the work-family conflict.)②Finding effective support(Rational allocation of human resources, improve the social treatment of a doctor, give medical staff more emotional support, increase job opportunities for changes and promotion.)③Personal strategy (Enhance their learning to improve their knowledge and skills, enhance their confidence in the health care activities.)④Mental strategy (Provide professional psychological counseling and intervention for health care workers, the correct understanding of career guidance staff; develop good personality and a wide range of interests, hobbies.)...
