Sustainable Development Of The New Type Of Rural Cooperative Medical Care System

Agriculture, rural areas and farmers has always been very concerned about our party and government on major issues. China is a large agricultural country, most of the population in rural areas, the "three rural" issues are not addressed, not only restricts the rapid development of rural economy and the ongoing construction of new countryside, but also affect the entire social harmony and stability and well-off the full realization of the community. Countryside so popular saying:"suffer minor ailments, ill carry, not only carried to the hospital," This fully demonstrates the health of farmers are not properly protected. Around the new rural cooperative medical sustainable development, this paper describes the following aspects:The first part focuses on the development of new rural cooperative medical theoretical basis. First of all, introduced the Marxist theory of social security, are summarized in three aspects:(a) Marx's theory on human needs; (b) Lenin on the social security point of view of socialist countries; (c) leaders of our party social security point of view. Secondly, the introduction of Western theories of social security. Are described from two aspects:(a) an overview of the Western Theory of Social Security; (b) the establishment of a major medical insurance system point of view.The second part describes the establishment of new rural cooperative medical care, development and constraints, are described from five aspects:(a) traditional rural cooperative medical care and its experience in the process of historical evolution; (b) establishment of new rural cooperative medical care necessity; (c) pilot the new rural cooperative medical conditions, the main results and models; (d) the new rural cooperative medical system characteristics; (v) new rural cooperative medical constraints of sustainable development and its causes.The third part describes the establishment and improvement with Chinese characteristics, the new rural cooperative medical system and suggestions. This section described from two aspects:(a) Western health care models can learn from; (b) sustainable development of the new rural cooperative medical advice and countermeasures.
