Objective:Application of brachial artery flow mediates dilation to detect the vascular endothelial function after coronary intervention, explore the values of FMD and the effects of coronary angiography and coronary stent implantation.Methods:60 patients who suspected or to be diagnosed coronary artery disease in capital medical university affiliated Beijing Anzhen Hospital during January 2010 to January 2011. All patients to be selected with clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease or ECG diagnosis myocardial infarction, coronary artery stenosis by coronary CT and so on. Use uniform questionnaire to collect the general conditions of selected objects.Using Alokaα-10 color doppler flow image ultrasound apparatus in Japan, detect endothelium-dependent flow-mediated dilation (FMD) and endothelium-independent nitroglycerin-mediated dilation (NMD) before and after coronary angiography and coronary stent implantation, assess the effects of coronary angiography and coronary stent implantation on vascular endothelial function in patients.Statistical methods:Excel 2003 to establish a database, using SPSS (17.0) statistical analysis software for statistical analysis, measurement data as mean±standard deviation ( X±s), between the two groups before and after compared with paired t test; Pearson parameters to do the test in condition of different situations between the indexes. P <0.05 was statistical significance.Results:1.Coronary stent implantation in patients with brachial artery FMD values significantly lower than before the surgery, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05).2. There was no significant change on brachial artery NMD values in patients with coronary stent implantation, there was no difference before and after surgery, the difference was statistically significant (p> 0.05).3. It showed that peak time no significant change in brachial artery flow-mediated dilation (systolic and diastolic) before and after coronary stent implantation, the difference was not statistically significant (p> 0.05).4. The basis of the brachial artery diameter was negatively correlated with FMD value, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05).5. The basic diameter, peak systolic velocity, diastolic velocity of brachial artery were no significant change after coronary stent implantation .The difference was not statistically significant(p> 0.05).Conclusion:1. Vascular endothelial dysfunction after coronary stent implantation and vascular endothelial function was damaged.2. Endothelium-independent vascular dilation was not damaged after coronary stent implantation.3. Coronary stenting in patients did not affect the general morphology and hemodynamics of brachial artery.
