| Knee joint is one of the most complicated joints in the human body. As the irregular geometric shape and the non-uniform composition of the material at the Knee Joint, it is impossible to do the mechanical testing on the human body. So in recent years, digital simulation and construction of 3D finite element model have become the effective methods to research the human body, which are received in increasing attention in the Knee Joint biomechanics research. The task of this paper is to get the pulling forces of ACL,PCL,MCL and LCL through the simulation of the bending of the right leg and the stress of the left tibia through the analysis of the tibia model by ANSYS software.In the field of digital simulation, LifeMOD software, which is the most sophisticated and ripest software in the biomechanics, is adopted to construct the model based on myself. Because knee jont is researched in this paper, the construction of the right leg model is enough. What's more, the femoral condyle and the patella must be constructed to improve the model of knee joint. After the'bend model.slf'is imported to prompt the model, the figure of the four ligaments'force is got at last.In the field of 3D geometric modeling, this paper emphasized on the construction of the whole processing produce of establishing 3D geometry model of Knee Joint based on the 1mm thickness of CT slice medical images, including Medical Imaging methods, Computer Image processes and Reverse Engineering. The 3D model of the upper end of the tibia is constructed by Mimics software, Geomagic software and PreoE software. The shape of the modeling accords with their status in vivo and express anatomical characters in detail.In the field of FEA, ANSYS software is used to carry out a series of simulation studies on the tibia model in this paper, which is a body weight of 65Kg at standing position with boundary constraints and loads. The X stress, Y stress, total stress and X displacement, Y displacement, total displacement are got in the situation of one's standing.In general, the biomechanics character of knee joint is got through researching on the pulling force of four ligaments and the stress of the tibial plateau. That is referenced in preventing the trauma of athletes's knee joint, working out a recovered scheme in clinic and designing the artifical limb of human knee joint. |
