| Objective:By observation symptoms and cerebral blood flow of electro-acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy in patients with migraine, explore the mechanism of EA combined with local pricking blood therapy on migraine, and provide a means of treatment for migraine.Methods:96 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, were randomly divided into treatment group (EA combined with pricking blood group) and control group (EA group). Treatment group and control group were acupointed: the Taiyang, the Fengchi, Hegu, Taichong. The two groups before treatment and after treatment the pain composite score compared by two sample mean t-test, P<0.05, significant difference; prompted two treatment methods have reduced the extent headaches and reduce the frequency of migraine attacks and reduce Headache duration of effect; the treatment group and control group pain scores were statistically comprehensive treatment (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. The two groups before treatment compared cerebral blood flow velocity anomalies:brain blood vessels in patients treated with the hemodynamic situation improved significantly; and the control group on cerebral artery blood flow velocity is less than the improvement in the treatment group.The results showed that the treatment group, the pain of migraine is better. Two groups after treatment of cerebral artery flow velocity abnormalities were improved, but less than the control group the efficacy of the treatment group.Conclusion:EA combined with pricking blood therapy gives a better analgesic effect and improves the cerebral artery blood flow velocity in patients with migraine. |
