On the other hand the development of embedded medical devices in line with the global trend of embedded industrial and adapt our knowledge to accelerate innovation and the 21st century knowledge economy needs, the level of embedded system applications received should be made leaps and bounds Contribution.Currently, Intel and AMD introduced X86-based processor with a series of small size, low power PC-platform. This prompted the inevitable Windows XP Embedded medical devices will be the development of portable devices a major trend. In order to meet the needs and trends for the current Windows XP embedded devices on the development of the phenomenon of less, the paper design a system based on Windows XP Embedded ECG testing of the instruments.In this paper, the development of embedded systems based on Windows XP ECG testing of the instruments in the process, mainly to complete a bit of work:(1) In-depth study of the Windows XP Embedded operating system making method, and developed a set of ECG devices for embedded applications, Windows XP Embedded operating system.(2) Design of ECG acquisition and processing hardware, including the C8051F021 microcontroller based ECG data acquisition circuit and the TMS320C5509-based ECG data processing circuit. C8051F021 microcontroller based ECG data acquisition circuit including:pre-amplifier, band pass filter and 50Hz notch filter. Pre-amplifier is the AD622 instrumentation amplifier using the amplifier CMRR is 100dB. Set the filter simulation using the Multisim10 rich functionality; design a set of job stability, excellent performance of the filter. TMS320C5509-based ECG data acquisition processing circuit includes a 90-degree phase shift circuit and all-pass filter. Data acquisition circuit is TMS320C5509 and three TLC4541 chips to achieve high-speed acquisition of ECG, the maximum speed of up to 200KSPS, the sampling accuracy of up to 16 bits.90 all - pass filter phase shift error less than±0.9 degrees, the frequency bandwidth of 2Hz-400Hz.(3) Using Keil developed a data acquisition program based on C8051F021 MCU. The program can be achieved on the standard twelve lead ECG and heart vector leads signal acquisition. Acquisition mode is divided into a lead capture, lead capture and the second three-lead acquisition.(4) Using CCS developed the ECG data based on TMS320C5509 processor. The program mainly realized the algorithm of ECG data processing, including fast median filtering algorithm, the improved adaptive filtering algorithm for wavelet-based ECG detection algorithm.(5) Using VB and VC ++ developed a Windows XP Embedded-based ECG machine interface applications. The software enables real-time display ECG, ECG data is stored, and the serial communication between MCU and DSP functionality and communication between the USB interface, and so on.(6) Study of the median filtering algorithm, improved adaptive filtering algorithm for wavelet-based ECG detection algorithm theory, and use MATLAB for improved adaptive filtering algorithm for wavelet-based ECG detection algorithm did Simulation of treatment.Research in this article Windows XP Embedded operating system the production method, can be applied to all other Windows XP Embedded devices.
