| Chapter 1:This chapter comprehensive reviewed the history of supramolecular and the application of phenylpropanoids on medicine. On this basis, studed to host-guest inclusion complex with a variety of methods, and focused on the introduction of the NMR self-diffusion coefficient, the structure-activity relationship and the prospect of the object were detaily discussed between drugs.Chapter 2:The solid inclusion compounds of caffeic acid and sulfocalix[n]arenes were characterized fluorescence spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Experimental conditions including concentrations of pH was investigated for the inclusion formation in aqueous in detail, and inclusion constants and inclusion ratio were calculated. Thermal stability, antioxidative capacity and stability of optical were researched to validate the results obtained spectroscopy between the CA and sulfocalix[n]arenas.Chapter 3:Inclusion complexation of caffeic acid (CA) and P-sulfocalix[n]arenes (SCXn, n=4,6,8) was investigated using pulsed field gradient NMR (PFG-NMR). With concentration ratio of the sulfocalix[n]arenes increasing, the diffusion coefficient of the inclusion decreased, the result showed that the compound system was formed between subject and object.Chapter 4:This chapter studied on fluorescence spectroscopy was used to prove the compound system was formed with ferulic acid and sulfocalix[n]arenes (n=4,6,8) system at different pH,1HNMR was used to investigate the spatial structure of inclusion, and then used their own methods and meansuse to calculate corresponding inclusion constants, summed up the main-regular guest inclusion constants.Chapter 5:The inclusion complexation behavior of chlorogenic acid and p-sulfocalix[4,6,8]arenes was studied using fluorescence spectroscopy and 1H-NMR in the buffer-solution, the inclusion stoichiometry was 1:1, the antioxidant activity of CGA on complexation with SCXn and the thermal stability and photostability of the system were also investigated.Chapter 6:This chapter concluded the formation constants with the three drugs and p-sulfocalix[4,6,8]arenes. Fluorescence spectroscopy, the light and heat stability of the CA, FA, or CGA were investigated in detail with p-sulfocalix[4,6,8]arenes from a structural point of view of different reasons. |
