Analysis of the data rate and the composition ratioχ2 test was used to compare the application of statistical software SPSS 13.0 main clinical features and predisposing factors of asthma, passive smoking and the relationship between the linear regression analysis.[Results]1.283 cases of children with asthma, including passive smoking in children with asthma 121 cases,162 cases of non-passive smoking; cough variant asthma in 42 cases,21 cases of passive smoking, passive smoking,21 cases no;2. Passive smoking in children with asthma in the family group on the total amount of smoking<10 were 69,<1 pack by 28,≥1 pack by 24; cough variant asthma in children of passive smoking the total amount of family members on smoking<10 were 10<1 packet in 8 people,≥1 pack in 3 people; non-asthmatic group of passive smoking on children's family the total amount of<10 were 63,<1 package were 41,≥1 pack were 39. Asthma and cough variant asthma and non-asthmatic children with family members, the total passive smoking significantly different (χ2= 17.30, P= 0.008).3. children are passive smokers with asthma attack strength of 81 people with mild, moderate 35, severe in 5 people; no passive attack strength by 116 people with mild, moderate 46, severe by 0. Passive smoking in asthmatic children with and without passive smoking groups attack strength significant difference (χ2= 4.64, P= 0.030).4. families of children with asthma passive smoking on total smoking<10,<1 and≤1 pack package of the three trends in asthma cases, significantly different (χ2= 7.96, P = 0.018); passive smoking in children with asthma passive smoking group compared with no significant difference between the type of asthma (χ2= 11.08, P= 0.004). 5. Passive smoking and children with asthma rhinitis was significantly associated (F = 6.204, P= 0.013), total family members on smoking was significantly associated with rhinitis (F= 5.458, P= 0.020); passive smoking and exercise-induced asthma was significantly associated (F= 9.085, P= 0.003); the total amount of smoking families of children with asthma and exercise-induced asthma was positively correlated (F= 5.494, P= 0.020).6.The influence of passive smoking children,with factors on eczema, urticaria, atopic dermatitis, food allergies and other effects are not significant.[Conclution]1.Passive smoking can aggravate the children asthma trends, increased the severity of seizure, seizure type showed more sudden onset.2. Passive smoking increases the risk of exercise-induced asthma, and associated with total amount of smoking family.3.Allergic rhinitis is associated with children on passive smoking and the total amount of children's smoking family.
