Purpose： Through the random control observation with acupuncture point injectiontreatments for multiple neuropathy clinical curative effect and safety, to standardizetechnical operation, to enable it to clinical application, thus improving patient quality oflife, reduce patient and the burden on their families.Methods： This study used a randomized control method,60cases met the inclusioncriteria the polyneuritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup, treatment group were treated with acupuncture and acupoint injection therapy and thecontrol group using oral medicine vitamin B1pills conventional therapy. The application ofEMG measurements before and after the evaluation of whether to improve nerve conductionvelocity changes before and after treatment； pain, numbness, sensory abnormalities,muscle strength or muscle volume to treat the symptoms,improved,no change,record theresults and analysis. All data were statistically analyzed using statistical software SPSS17.0.Results：(1)Effects： After treatment, median nerve sensory and motor nerveconduction velocity changes, the peroneal nerve, sensory and motor nerve conductionvelocity (SCV and MCV)changes. After the treatment, by t test, nerve conduction velocitychanges are better than before, and treatment group than the control group. The treatmentgroup of30people, an invalid, improved nine people and recovered20； control group of30people, no effect of2, improved in17and recovered11.Ridit analysis showed that thetherapeutic effect of treatment group than the control group.(2) The symptom： After treatment, pain and numbness of the limbs of patients treatedwith symptom improvement than the control group. Other improvements were associated withthe control group no significant difference.Conclusion： Through this research we can get the following conclusions：(1) specification of the technical operations of acupuncture combined with pointinjection treatment of multiple neuritis.(2) Acupuncture and Point of injections can be effective treatment of multiple neuritis,and the polyneuritis numbness and pain has a good effect.(3) Acupuncture and Point Injection Treatment of polyneuritis with a simple, low-cost,efficacy Indeed, the advantages of no side effects, is worth popularizing widely.
