With the rapid development of Chinese economy and society, humanmental and spiritual health problems are being closely watched. So thestandards and requirements for the detection technology in health field arealways improved along with the amount of detection task growing. The needfor the reference materials as the basic carrier of accurate measurement is alsoincreasing rapidly.In view of the absence of these reference materials in China and the lackof judicial evidences of drug crime, this thesis combined with domesticresearch technique and proceeded from the determination of compositionvalue of abuse drugs, nine kinds of reference materials of abuse drugs aboutmethamphetamine, ketamine, morphine, cocaine, pethidine,heroin,methadone,diazepam and estazolam were researched. The application of infraredspectroscopy, mass spectrometry and melting point detection were used forqualitative analysis. The quantitative analysis methods were high performanceliquid chromatography, gas chromatography and differential scanningcalorimetry. Then the contents of water, inorganic ions and ash were detected. In random sampling, homogeneity and stability were investigated respectively,and uncertainty was calculated. The results showed that the principalcomponents of abuse drugs were correlated with relevant reference materials,and the purity of nine kinds of abuse drug samples is up to99%. Thesesamples have good homogeneity, and are stable for a year at least. Thedevelopment of reference materials of abuse drugs serves the penalty in courtfield on the one hand, and improves the internation position of the drugsdetection on the other hand.Honey as a natural product with high nutritional value has been widelyaccepted by people. But5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF) in honey wouldaffect human body. For the human health and quality of honey, the referencematerial of5-HMF in honey is studied in this paper. Due to the complexity ofthe honey, the sample preparation methods were discussed about the recoveryand purity effects, and we chose the solid-phase extraction method as honeysample preparation method, Strata-X SPE column is used and the recovery ofthis method is in rang of98.8%-100.5%. The content of5-HMF in honeysamples was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (externalstandard method) and isotope dilution-tandem mass spectrometry (internalstandard method), the concentrations of5-HMF in honey samples are10.8μg/g,26.9μg/g and66.4μg/g. According to the national certified referencematerial specification requirements, these samples have good homogeneity,and are stable for half a year at least. Uncertainty of honey samples were investigated respectively. The development of reference materials of5-HMFin honey provides reliable technical support for food quality safety in beeindustry.
