Along with the development of computer multimedia technology and medical research of voice, it is possible for doctor to test voice accurately, objectively and quickly. Quantitative evaluation of the voice quality helps determine the extent of the voice disorders. The development of medical science of the voice needs quantitative evaluation of voice quality. The traditional method of judging voice disorders degree by subjective hearing can not adapt to the development of modern medical research of voice. However, nowadays fewer of them are in clinical application, because some of the measurement results of acoustic parameters can't diagnose the related cases, lacking of a criteria of acoustic parameters. It is still not related to disease diagnosis model of the vocal cords, and no clear clinical observation of the criteria.In speech organs, vocal cord is the easiest to be hurt and the key part of the disease. There are a variety of factors of forming vocal vibration characteristics to a great extent determine the characteristics of voice audio source. All kinds of voice ways, different laryngeal lesions and pathological damage degrees can show in different vibration modes. Vocal cord vibration is the key factor to sound quality, and it is a very important work to evaluate the vocal cords vibration objectively and make quantitative analysis.This paper mainly talks about the physiological structure and voice mechanism of vocal cord, introducing the transducer arrays vibration theory into the cords vibration research and using transducer matrix column to simulate the vibration of the vocal cords, mainly includes the following respects:1. The physical structure, function of each component, the occurrence mechanism and pathological features of the vocal cords are explained in detail.2. According to vibration characteristics and the anatomy of the vocal cords, the vocal vibration model is put forward, which can help to the study of the pathological and healthy adult people's vibration characteristics of the vocal cords.3. Using acoustic transducer matrix column theory and the mathematics thought of the micro, this paper analyzes the sound field produced by vocal cord vibration theoretically, and simulate the sound field produced by vocal cord vibration model through matlab, which come to the conclusion that: 1) Change law of pressure on the diagonal of the nearly sound field in vocal cord vibration model2) Change law of pressure of the far sound field in vocal cord vibration model:Based on the pressure change in the distance of R (R>> vocal cords model diagonal long) from the center of vocal model on sphere, an ellipsoid model, which is suit for the study of the change in sound pressure, is presented. In the ellipsoid model, the distance from a point of ellipsoid to the centre can react on the sound pressure of that point in vibration model, then realizing the analysis of far sound field produced by pathological vocal vibration model and the vocal vibration model in the different open angle.
