Study On The Risk Communication Mechanism Of The Unexpected Public Health Event

For a long time, our country's resource on the unexpected public health event, is studying unexpected event per se only, but ignored the research on the information announces. Unexpected public health event information announcing is only unilateral putting into circulation, the public only could accept, but unable to participate it, this action easy to lead to asymmetric between information requirement and information supplying, then affected the event's handling to be ineffective.The thesis brought forward to build up the communication mechanism on the emergency risk, the resource should be combined with the health administration and their administrated medical institution, medium and the public, to make the communication more effective, the event truth could be announced timely and accurately, the public feeling uncertain could be answered effectively, the pertinent disease protection knowledge could be propagated effectively, then the unexpected public health event could be handled appropriately.This thesis analysed the risk communication mechanism of the unexpected public health event objectively, combining with our country's cases in recent years, focused on the analysis on the flu epidemic situation, the measles vaccine inoculating with the bad reaction event etc. From the aspect of essential conditions to success, the process of the emergency risk communication, the tactics to medium, brought forward the relevance countermeasure to unexpected public health event, to reinforce emergency risk management rationally, to provide science solutions for unexpected public health event emergency risk.
