Cigarettes smoke is extremely complex mixture which contain thousands compounds.Cigarette smoke has cytotoxicity reaction, genetic toxicity and mutagenicity,the interaction between those compounds will influence the real toxic effect of unicorporeal. The object of study is Kentucky reference cigarettes3R4F, the target compounds is B[a]P and NNK, then using the toxicology tests, the cytogenetic test and the bacterial mutagenesis experiments, the two of them and the three cytotoxic interaction between research CSC, NNK was B [a] P, bacterial mutagenicity and genetic mutagenicity. The main research contents and results of this study are as follows:(1) CSC,NNK,B[a]P both have cytotoxicity. The trend of the experimental data show that the dose-effect relationship, three showed varying degrees of cytotoxicity. The expression of cytotoxicity is B[a]P> NNK>CSC. CSC combined with low dose of B[a]P and NNK respectively or together showed larger cytotoxicity than CSC alone, and CSC with B[a]P and NNK respectively displayed synergism. Low dose of CSC and NNK respectively or together combined with B[a]P showed cytotoxicity greater than B[a]P alone, and CSC and NNK with B[a]P respectively displayed synergism. Low dose of CSC and B[a]P respectively or together combined with NNK showed antagonism. The unification of B[a]P, CSC and NNK showed antagonism.(2) CSC,NNK,B[a]P both have genetic toxicity. The B[a]P, NNK and CSC both shows genetic toxicity,and showed obvious dose-response relationship. It suggested that there existed obviously dose-dependent trend between B[a]P+CSC, B[a]P+NNK and CSC+NNK. but it is still under the expect toxicity, and independence with the sequence of action, especially in the affect result are correspond between low dose and unicorporeal, It indicated that there existed antagonism between two of three compounds. It suggested that there existed synergism between B[a]P, NNK and CSC. (3) The CSC,NNK and B[a]P both can induce Salmonella typhimurium TA98, TA100detect mutagenicity. It indicated that there existed obviously synergism between B[a]P and CSC, high dose B[a]P and NNK has additive effect, low dose CSC and NNK has combined toxicity. It suggested that there existed obviously synergism to TA98treated with CSC+B[a]P+NNK, it is antagonism to TA100treated with high dose B[a]P+CSC+NNK, and the mutagenicity to TA98treated with low dose NNK+B[a]P+CSC has low synergism. It is suggested that the mutagenicity of NNK and B[a]P in the complicated Cigarette Smoke shows complexity with a dose-respones relationship, a time-respones relationship and successively sequence.
