Quality Control In The Early Creation Of Animation Production

The word"quality control"is used in the field of production and comes from quality management system. It means the relative operation technology and activities taken in order to achieve the quality requirements of some product. It can be a method of management set up for visible products, software products carried by vector and invisible service provided. The production of cartoon involves two different forms of labor. A. Creation: The prophase team is mainly to complete the task of creation. Creative crew is formed mainly by artists. They complete the personalized and active design work relying on the author's feeling. Creation belongs to arts category. The labor achievements are throughout the cartoon, but the artists'manuscript will not at all appear on the screen. B. Processing: The interim team completely assumes the passive productive work on the basis of the design draft and other achievement created by the prophase team. Processing work belongs to production category. Their labor results are the elements of all cartoon seen and heard by audience directly. Processing chain has been subordinated to production field. It is inevitably under the range of quality control. During the cartoon production processing, especially in the interim, quality control should be taken throughout each link, the aim is to improve the quality of cartoon, making the interim processing more coincide with the prophase creation, and the interim product more closing to the artistic standard of creation ,thus improving the inner quality and monetary value of the products. Project and processing management are existed and served for quality control. Frankly speaking, they all belong to the range of responsibility of quality control whether the original vivid and unique role-set made by the designer can be shown on the screen, whether the artists'colorful wallpaper concept of the main scene can appear on the cartoon's accurately, and even whether the adoption of new experimental technique can stably obtain proportional market return by costive investment. All these are realized through project and processing management.
