Research On Contemporary Aesthetic Function Theories

Aesthetic function theories are not only the important problem in the western aesthetic studies, but also own the essential position in the Chinese aesthetics. The current is consumption era, the social characteristics and modernity as well as the expansion of post-modernity, which make aesthetic functions, revealing different forms of expression. And the complexity and diverse features of modern aesthetic, spurring the aesthetic function theory research present diversity forms. So, how to grasp contemporary aesthetic function theory is an inevitable academic problem.The paper contains chapterⅠ, chapterⅡ, chapterⅢand conclusion four parts.In chapterⅠ, the paper begin with two aspects of aesthetics function theory, which are western aesthetic function theory and Chinese aesthetics function theory, summarizing Chinese aesthetics function theory and western aesthetic function theory, inducing the basic development thread of aesthetic function theory.ChapterⅡis the main body of the paper. In sectionⅠof chapterⅡ, the paper bases on analyzing the feature of consumption era and combine it with the analysis of aesthetic function theory, concluding the diversified objective reality of contemporary aesthetic function theory. In sectionⅡ, this paper focuses on analyzing equalized view and utilitarian principle, evaluating the distinctions between contemporary aesthetic function and aesthetic values, reviewing the relationship of them. According to analyzing, equalized view and utilitarian principle pay more attention to the relations among them, neglected the differences among aesthetic function, aesthetic value and use value, which is one-sided. In sectionⅢ, the paper talks about the view of pragmatism and popular aesthetic function theory, concluding that the aesthetic function theory regards aesthetic function as a simple practical tool, and popular aesthetic function theory eliminates the special feature of aesthetic function, which cannot be the reasonable existence state. In sectionⅣ, the paper elucidates the aesthetic value and purpose of aesthetic function, reasoning that the aesthetic value theory try to use aesthetic as an method to save the world ,which exaggerates the function of aesthetic. In addition, this section analyzes the non-purpose of co-purpose of aesthetic and purpose of co-purpose in aesthetic, revealing the true meaning of aesthetic purpose theory. In sectionⅤ, this paper starts from analyzing the original secular aesthetic function, commenting evolvement and form of secular aesthetic function. The paper combines it with complanation aesthetic function theory to explore, and comprehensive analyzes the form of contemporary secular and complanation aesthetic function theory, which shows the two aspects of secular aesthetic function theory. They are the scarcity of moral sense and transformation of implementation of the art. And according to analyzes contemporary complanation aesthetic function theory, the paper argues the complanation of contemporary art and contemporary literature, which make the aesthetic more secular and simple. Using a secular view, they try to establish unreasonable relationship between aesthetic and reality. This method debases the metaphysical features of aesthetic and overthrows the sanctified feature of aesthetic. And the paper analyzes the fictitious of aesthetic function theory, which reveals the fictitious image and general fictitious feature, concluding exotic aesthetic function theory completes mission which depends on scraping the barrel to get art. The fictitious aesthetic function theory bases on the false reality, which brings on the perfection of aesthetic as an illusory uncertain. In sectionⅦ, the paper analyzes the entertainment and cultivation aesthetic function theory totally. In this section, the paper starts the comments with the differences between entertainment aesthetic and traditional game-excited aesthetic theory, revealing the features and the forms of contemporary aesthetic function theory.
