In this thesis, we have examined contemporary undergraduates'learning adaptability, analyzed its effect factors, and supplied the corresponding proposal for teachers, which is of great significance and importance in reality for the development of our country's higher education. This research included two small studies. Study 1 explored internal structure and influencing factors of the undergraduates'academic adaptability, and designed Undergraduates'Learning Adaptability Questionaire (ULAQ), supplying a useful rating instrument for further sudy. With Undergraduates'Learning Adaptability Questionaire (ULAQ) designed by the author of the paper, Study 2 investigated the learning adaptability of 389 undergraduates who have access to Sino-foreign Cooperative Education. Final results are as follows:(1) Learning adaptability of undergraduates who have access to Sino-foreign Cooperative Education has not significant difference in grade and their origins, but has significant difference in gender.(2) Parental rearing style and frequency of English using have significant influence on learning adaptability of undergraduates who have access to Sino-foreign Cooperative Education, but whether having a plan to go abroad or not has no significant influence on learning adaptability of undergraduates who have access to Sino-foreign Cooperative Education.
