Prepositions in modern Chinese syntactic system plays an important role, and prepositions in modern Chinese syntactic system plays an important role. Parts of speech in the whole system, although a few prepositions, but the frequency of use is very high, and its grammatical function is also very important.Prepositions are function words, can't separate acts as the subject,predicate, object, attributive, adverbial, complements of the sentence element. As the same of Korean auxiliary words belong to syntax elements, Chinese prepositions also express grammatical relations. Chinese prepositions are generally located in before a noun or noun phrase, and can be used as adverbials or complements in a sentence express many kinds of semantics such as time, location, mode, reason, object and so on. Korean auxiliary located after a noun or noun phrase and that became express many kinds of adverbial such as time, place, method, various semantics reasons and so on. People who learn languages because of the similarity between the two, naturally think that Chinese preposition and Korean auxiliary are the same. This is the process of learning a foreign language by mother tongue influence inevitably leads to a phenomenon that often occurs in the learning error.This article through Chinese prepositions and Korean auxiliary compared between meaning and function, points out that in Chinese language because no strictly form marks, express all sorts of grammatical relations function mainly rely on word order or function which is very different with Korean. The form of the auxiliary in Korean body rhetoric, is put in after a noun or noun phrase, and correspond to the rear of the significance in Chinese language can be used in the prepositions before a noun or noun phrase express the prepositional structures. And further points out that Chinese prepositions and Korean auxiliary relations and not the one-to-one, its corresponding relation is very complex, have a plenty of a preposition corresponding multiple auxiliary, such as a preposition "in" the corresponding Korean three auxiliary, "from" the corresponding preposition five auxiliary.
