Through an empirical research, this thesis elaborates the management and development of the cooperative China-Korea Chinese Language Teaching Program in Suzhou University -- one of Daejin University's branch campuses, from the following aspects: study background, education model, the current situation of teaching management, and teaching effects.By analyzing the survey carried on teaching management, we come to the conclusion that rich experienced and stable faculty members must be established to satisfy the need of Korean students, for the benefit of the development of Chinese Language Teaching. Moreover, learning curriculums should be integrated. E-learning can also be adopted so to extend the classroom teaching to students'dormitories. Therefore, more students will be willing to apply for the study program in the branch campus, due to the improvement of teaching effects.Meanwhile, this thesis also aims to provide some directive suggestions on cooperative Chinese Language Teaching Programs on the aspects of curriculums, faculty team, establishment of rules and regulations, as well as teaching programs and teaching characteristics.
