Study On The Problems Of The Freshmen's Psychological Health Education In University

The development of the market economy can not only provide a stage for the college students to show the talent and offer varies development opportunities but also bring about the fierce competition, widening the gap and structural changes which may intensify college students'sense of crisis for their future life. Some students think that the quicker the economy develops the higher pressure the individual must face for their development. Facing the complex society, some freshmen have the symptoms of depression, anxiety, crankiness and bewilderment. It shows that the freshmen's psychological health problems are more and more obvious and these problems will seriously affect the freshmen's healthy growth if they can not be solved correctly. Because of this, in The Ideas about further Reinforcing and Improving College Students' Psychological Health Education, published by Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health, it points that strengthening and improving the college students'psychological health education is the important measures to fully carry out the educational policy of the Party and promote competence-oriented education. It is the important way to promote the healthy growth of the college students and to cultivate the talented personnel of high qualities. It is also the important task to strengthen and improve the college students'ideological and political education. This thesis is the study of the freshmen's psychological health education. It puts forward the writer's own opinion according to the overseas and domestic scholars'achievements and explores the scientific and effective new measures and new ways of the freshmen's psychological health education in the currant situation.This thesis can be divided into three parts. In the first part, it illustrates the background and significance of the study on the freshmen's psychological health education, summarizes the overseas and domestic scholars'achievements in the psychological health education and brings forward the methods of this thesis. In the second part, it analyzes the mental characteristic of freshmen, the common psychological problems and factors of influencing the freshmen's psychological health. It reveals the importance, basis and conditions to carry out the freshmen's psychological health education and it puts forward the aims and contents in it. It also finds the problems on the freshmen's psychological health education after summarizing its achievements and tries to find the effective methods to strengthen and improve the freshmen's psychological health education. In the third part, it summarizes the whole text and put forward the aims and significance of the study on the freshmen's psychological health education.
