Trait Anxiety Of The College Students' Initial Sandtray Analysis Research

The College students is a special group whose outlooks on life and personal values are forming. In a modern society which is full of an increasingly fierce competition, they are facing a lot of pressure, with a date showing that about10%-30%of the students posses a variety of psychological problems, among which trait anxiety is the most serious. At home, a large number of scholars have made study on anxiety, but the studies of trait anxiety seem less which are made from a perspective of psychological analysis and meanwhile put the college students as research objects. The study shows that anxiety is the primary factor of neurosis, so the trait anxiety college students have become a group of students who need urgent concern in college mental health education. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the psychological health education of college students.Purpose:Based on a comprehensive review of the studies of trait anxiety sand box games both at home and abroad, this study has made a detailed record of the procedure of sand boxes making by both trait anxiety college students and ordinary college students. In this study, the author mainly analyzes the sand boxes made by the trait anxiety college students, and then compares these works with those made by the ordinary college students in order to find the unique performance of the trait anxiety college students in their sandboxes making process, which can provide a reference for trait anxiety psychological evaluation and treatment of clinical application.Method:This study selected30trait anxiety college students~1sandbox works with30ordinary college students~1sandbox works in Shanxi province to be used comparative study.Conclusion:(1) trait anxiety and non trait anxiety college students~1initial sandbox works in the sandbox theme and specific sand with the choice are different.(2)Initial sand table can provide reference for trait anxiety psychological evaluation and treatment of clinical application.
