A Study On The Characteristics And Intervention Of Sandplay Works Of College Students Of Cet-4 Test Anxiety

Test anxiety is that individual anxious emotional response to test and negative results which test result in,which interacts among before the test ,in the test and after the test. Sandplay therapy is a psychological therapy that the client selects favourite toys from the shelf which is put all kinds of toys on it very free,and put the toys in the sandbox with dry and clean sand,to show individual internal psychology.The goal of this study is to study the characteristic of the sandplay works which college students of CET-4 test anxiety showed on,and evaluated effectiveness of sandplay therapy in the reduction of excessive test anxiety of college students.This study adopts experimental group and control group before and after measures research design,and twenty-four participants who are selected by Test Anxiety Scale(TAS) are randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and experimental group accepts the interventions of sandplay therapy,and test anxiety of the two group are measured after the interventions,and analyses the characteristics of sandplay productions.Conclusions:(1)Male college students of CET-4 test anxiety are significantly more than female college students in the total number of toys ,and the count of people,animal and building;(2)In general,the count of life toys are significantly more than the count of non-life toys which college students of CET-4 test anxiety used in the sandplay productions;male college students of CET-4 test anxiety are significantly more than female college students in the count of life toys;(3)In general,the count of the resistant productions and harmonious productions have significant differences,the count of the dynamic productions and static productions have significant differences,the count of the inside world and outside world productions have significant differences;sandplay themes mainly show family theme,natural theme,and abstract theme;(4)In general,the count of moving sand productions are significantly more than without moving sand productions;(5) In general,sandplay productions without ego-images are many;(6)Sandplay therapy can alleviate CET-4 test anxiety of college students effectively.
