| The problem about the study burden of the middle school students has plagued the development ofeducation in our country. It is not only seriously hampering the smooth implementation of the QualityEducation in China, but also resulting in an extremely negative impact on the physical and mental health ofmiddle school students. Although our country has taken a series of measures to solve the problem, there arestill many difficulties. Therefore, the problem about study burden is still one of a major issue in our currentresearch.This paper is mainly divided into two parts. The first part is about the status of the junior middleschool students' study burden, and the second is the relationship between the study burden of junior middleschool students and personality, time management disposition. All the relevant data are obtained throughmainly questionnaire survey and experimental method. We study the status of the junior middle schoolstudents' study burden on below3aspects a) the objective study burden; b) the subjective study burden andc) physiology evaluation about the study burden. Regarding the relationship between the burden of juniormiddle school students and personality, time management disposition, we use statistics methods, such asanalysis of variance to research. Here is the conclusion through research, a) junior middle school students'objective study burden is heavy, especially the graduating class is even heavier than the other two grades; b)although the objective study burden is heavy, the subject study burden is in good condition. Some studentseven think that study burden does not exist; c) from the angle of physiology evaluation, the students canaccept their study burden, and also the changing of their operating capacity in one study week or one studyday is according with the law of changing in students' brain working capacity, so students do not appear thesituation of serious fatigued; d) the students' personality characteristics and time management dispositionare in good condition; e) the study burden is closely related with personality and time managementtendency. The students with good time management disposition cherish time and use time well, and theyare able to make better arrangements for study tasks, so they have lighter study burden relatively. f) At thesame time, some personality specilities are related to the study burden also, for example, students who lookat things optimisticly, treat others pleasantly and do things carefully have lighter study burden; and students whose mood is touched easily may have heavier study burden. From the result of research, we bring up therationalization suggestion from4aspects-schools, teachers, parents and students.The innovation of this study dose not only attach importance to the objective aspect of study burden,but also has more emphasis on the subjective aspect of study burden, with particular emphasis on theimpact on study burden caused by students psychological status. |
