The20th century, human science and technology development has greatlychanged the pattern of the world and the human way of life. The rapid development ofmodern transportation, no matter flights, trains or speed highway also madeunprecedented frequent contacts between people.With the rapid economic development, China's influence in the world isexpanding, Chinese has become one of the world's most important languages as inEnglish, more and more foreigners are learning Chinese, fascinated by Chineseculture. This promotes the development of Chinese Teaching to Foreigners in theworld and the rise of "Chinese fever", and it showed unprecedented prosperoussituation. Chinese language learning, especially teaching Chinese as a foreignlanguage in recent years has been generally valued by more and more people.Foreigners showed an increasing interest in learning Chinese year by year, whichpromotes communication and exchange between different cultures, and the inevitablecross-cultural communicative competence of Chinese professor has now posed achallenge.Teaching Chinese as second language is for non-Chinese speakers and overseasChinese, and they have their peculiarities, which require foreign language teachersshould be better than Professor domestic students, and they are supposed to acquiremore knowledge. We can not simply reckon that the Chinese speaking people canteach foreigners Chinese, this is a big misunderstanding, because the foreign languageteachers and those who would say that the Chinese or Mandarin speaking "there is aclear difference between the teachers who engaged in teaching Chinese language toforeigners and Chinese who simply can speak Chinese language, it can be said is thebottom line. In addition, to teach foreigners Chinese, teachers should master theChinese language faster and better especially cross-cultural communicative competence and for the overall quality of the teaching Chinese as a second language,to help the different cultural backgrounds, learn how to make appropriatecommunicative behavior in a suitable atmosphere. And learn to strain the ability totake positive measures to remedy in the case of communication failure occurs to avoidconflict deepened. TCFL practice tells us that knowledge of the language in theteaching process can do a combination of language skills, teaching with the culture, inorder to achieve better teaching results." Engaged in teaching Chinese as a foreignlanguage and the associated work and activities will inevitably involve cross-culturalcommunication. This article was written from the view that Chinese teachers need tohave cross-cultural communicative competence, intercultural communicativecompetence elements, the role of intercultural communicative competence in teachingChinese as a second language as well as the ability to enhance the effect of TCFLslightly express their views.
