The main content of this paper is to investigate and analyze the cross-cultural communication ability of Chinese international education undergraduates.Cross-cultural communication ability is one of the core professional qualities of international Chinese teachers.Whether the students majoring in Chinese international education have the corresponding cross-cultural communication ability or,to some extent,determines the probability of success in their future Chinese teaching work.Through questionnaire survey,face-to-face interview,collected the undergraduate cross-cultural communication ability data,using statistical analysis tools for comparative analysis,correlation analysis,reached a more objective conclusion,and proposed the training,maintenance and promotion of Chinese international education students.This paper is divided into six parts,summarized and summarized the research results,presented the questionnaire design and survey results of this study,analyzed the questionnaire,and put forward relevant suggestions for the analysis results and interview results.The introduction introduces the purpose,research value and feasibility argument of the topic.The first chapter is an overview of the relevant theories of intercultural communication competence,including the definition and components of intercultural communication competence,intercultural verbal communication,intercultural non-verbal communication,intercultural communication,empathy and other concepts,as well as the meanings of contradictions and conflicts in intercultural communication.Cases are used to prove the importance of intercultural communication competence.The second chapter is the design of the questionnaire and the statistics of the survey results,including the survey object and the specific content of the questionnaire.The third chapter uses SPSS software to analyze the results of the questionnaire and analyzes the factors that affect the intercultural communication ability and the reasons for the different levels of intercultural communication ability in each grade.The fourth chapter includes interviews and suggestions,interviews and analyses the reasons for the special situations in the questionnaire,and finally puts forward corresponding suggestions from the perspectives of teachers and students based on the survey results and interview information.The conclusion part is mainly the overall summary of the research,while explaining the limitations of the paper.The main research methods used in this paper are questionnaire interview and comparative analysis.
