In China, the rural women are special and unavoidable. They are rural primary productivity and the nucleus. It is also the mainstay of the new rural construction. The rural women's comprehensive quality directly affects the rural economic progress and the construction of harmonious society. We should develop the rural women's adult education, improve the rural women's literacy and the ability of manufacture. On one hand, it can effectively promote rural incomes, reduce poverty, reduces the gap between cities and countryside. On the other hand, it makes women restore confidence by themselves. They become be willing to participate in the social production, the political life. The women's social, economic and political status can be improved. It Narrow the gender differences.Because of the economic and cultural development's relative lag, compared with the man and the city women, the rural women adult education is laggard. First of all, the study takes three typical villages of Jianou for example. It describes and comparative analysis the present situation of the rural women adult education, reveal the common existing problem. Then, It is built on the theory of "Social exclusion", analyze the reason of the problem. At the last, in order to solve problem, it put forward the Basic ideas and the countermeasures.
