With the extent of the ageing of the population increasingly aggravated, especially entered into the aging society, while in the "old before getting rich" state of society, how to deal with the aging, how to solve the problem of the elderly has become a troubled and important issue. As the advocating way of caring the elder, household supporting pattern shows its superiority, it combines benefits with the family and the society:low cost and fitting in the elders'heart. The existing researches mainly concern on the theological ones, they lack of differential services in different layers. The aged persons are seen to be vulnerable, but according to the economic level, there is considerable heterogeneity in them. Some are below the poverty line; some are living in subsistence level; some are in the middle class; and some are in the top. With their different economic level, the aged persons have different needs of household supporting service. At the same time, they have different types of occupation; different modes of living and so on, their demands for the supporting levels are different. This paper attempts to analysis the household supporting services in view of the social stratification. By combining the social stratification theory with the house-hold supporting services, the paper points out different suggestion for different levels of the aged persons. At the same time, according to different levels of their hierarchy, their needs are different, thus combining social stratification theory, home care and hierarchy of needs theory. This paper argues that the under-layer old persons who are seeking for the services should be provided with free charge by the community and government, community contributions and government subsidies are the main way to find funds. They pay more attention to the basic needs, especially the material needs. To the middle under-layer aged persons, lower charges are needed, a combination of paid services by the community, governments and individuals are the way to collect funds. Lower-cost services finds market, their employment needs and demands for legal services should be concerned. For the middle-layer old persons, paid services are encouraged; their wishes to be participated in the society should be encouraged. For the upper-middle-layer old persons, paid services can be served; professional organizations for the home care services are introduced, their desire to feel success in the society should be concerned and a stage should be provided. For the top-layer old persons, a market-oriented mode of operation is necessary; home care service funds are provided entirely by themselves; professional staffs should be provided with their special needs; their social resources should be fully used.
