Happiness is an eventual aim in human life.30years of reforming and openingup, China's social economy has made remarkable achievements. In the process ofseeing the world, people began to focus on personal emotional experience, includingthe pursuit of happiness. During the course of the pursuit of happiness, people areinfluenced by the hedonism, materialism, and liberalism etc, which of Western socialideological trend. Of them college students are majority, their experience and viewson happiness, should influence their evaluation and attitudes of social life. Their ideas,values represent the mainstream of youth, which make an effect on China'sdevelopment of social progress and civilization. Happiness education on Xinjiangminority college students, aims at the cultivation of their good character, the correctconcept of happiness and comprehensive development, a harmonious society and thecountry, which has important theoretical and practical significance in Xingjian'sconstruction even all of the country.In this study, the structure: First reviewed the theory and development accordingto happiness explanation, happiness education conception, and the relationshipbetween happiness and education, which provides a theoretical fundamental basis forhappiness education on college students; Secondly, using the "University studenthappiness questionnaire" on the subjective well-being of Xingjian's Minority students,in order to explore factors affecting college students happiness; Finally, the proposedimplementation of minority students happiness education strategies: First, establish a correct concept of happiness; Second, enriching the contents of happiness educationreflect the value of national policy; Third, universities as their homes, where studentsshould have a sense of harmony and happiness; Fourth is to improve students' abilityto discover, experience and create happiness; Fifth, set up courses to enhancestudents' well-being.
