Study On The Construction Of The Primary Party Organizations Of The Armed Police Force At The Pearl River Delta

The construction of Party branch at the basic level is the key point of all-round construction of CAPF. Various factors, both subjective internal reasons and objective external reasons, affect the constructive quality of Party branch at the basic level. This thesis mainly uses the example of the construction of Party branch at the basic level in Pearl River Delta to demonstrate how to construct the Party branch in this area under the conditions of market economy, by analyzing the elements of regional economy, historical culture and human thoughts, etc, in Pearl River Delta. Through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire, it shows the present situations of Party branch construction in CAPF and points out the causes which effect and restrain the construction of Party branch at basic level under the conditions of market economy. Finally, by using the theories of our Party, this thesis puts forward a series of steps and countermeasures to deal with the problems existing in the construction of Party branch at basic level in CAPF.This task research bases on the deep investigations and broad reading. Under the condition of new historical stage, as a highly-developed, open-minded, information-met reform frontier, the Pearl River Delta influences the CAPF's Party branch a lot and it causes some new problems.
