University campus culture is one important factor that impacts growth of university students during their college years. Campus culture is also an important part combined in the higher education system. Characteristic and healthy campus culture takes a significant rule in the process to right value orientation for college students and has great theoretical and practical meaning for university culture cultivation. Every university and college should pay enough attention to campus culture construction.China and South Korea are friendly neighbors with only a Korean strait as a ribbon between the two countries. People in two countries invent their own spectacular culture history by the continuous interaction and communication. Present days, communications between two countries grows steadily and rapidly, economically and culturally. As two countries within the circle of Confucianism, their remains some similar characters in the construction of college campus culture. Understanding and starving positive and helpful experiences of two counties in the campus culture cultivation will give us some lighting advice for Chinese university campus culture cultivation.My essay talks starts from the basic definitions of campus culture construction, with argues on the necessity and effects of college campus culture construction. After that, I will pay attention to the specific strategies for college campus construction. Depending on these argues, I will talks on the different characters in campus culture of South Korean and Chinese universities. After all, I will show some constructive advice for Chinese university campus culture cultivation.
