Objective: The research in which the domestic use muscle electrical technology to hammer athletes at the final stage of shot-putting muscle group has not yet been discovered. This article aims to explore using tables for the athletes throwing semg electric chart during the final stage of shot-putting major muscle groups for the whole monitoring and muscle power analysis. By the mathematical statistics, logic reasoning and table semg electric analysis data obtained, the author hope to judge effectively athletes of the muscle and technical movements, and help coaches understand the differences in technical training athletes problems to be noticed and emphases. Thus we construct our hammer athletes at the final stage of shot-putting table semg electric pattern, to offer a theoretical basis for future research. Methods: We studied by Finland MuscleTesierME6000 portable 8 guide flesh report telemetry apparatus on ten high level man hammer athletes last forcibly single support phase and the double support phase conducted on-site muscle electrical testing, with Megawin software and the synchronization video of selected eight main muscles for the muscle electric analysis. Results:1, single-support phase in the last hard right femoral biceps, left shin and left pectoralis major muscle EMG display them in the discharge of the first; average amplitudes greater synchronization of muscle discharge is relatively high; the duration of muscle also relatively long. At this stage, more than a few muscles in single-support phase in the development effort not only plays an important role in the timing and size of the force in the hair also plays an important role in force in the hammer throw final stage of single-action training support, should more than a few muscles in particular to strengthen the overall strength training.2, double-support phase in the final force the right and left pectoralis major muscle in the biceps femoris EMG discharge was first shown on the left pectoralis major muscle, wrist joint flexor group and right trapezius EMG display them in the muscle EMG integral value greater contribution, the average amplitude is large, the duration of the muscle is relatively long, of which the value of the left biceps contributed the most points. This suggested to us that, for different actions of strength training, the focus should be different, in the hammer throw final double support phase of the action force training, should be more than a few muscles in particular to strengthen the overall strength training. As for the timing of muscle development effort should be made according to their strength in order to establish a reasonable basis for the action training, focusing on training the muscle coordination with each other.
