Making full use of rich visual web elements (including text, graphics, images, layout, color, animation, audio and video, etc.), the author designs a concrete learning plan. Applies the web based learning plan to the information technology teaching in the classroom, and reaches the following conclusions from teaching experiments, such as the learning interest of the students is enhanced, learning initiative, independence and innovation are cultivated, and academic performance is improved, and so on. The design of the visual elements on a web can improve the aesthetics and visual cultural literacy of students to a certain degree. Finally, the author proposes the research direction of the next step, and hopes to explore an effective way of information technology teaching through this study and improve the efficiency of classroom learning of information technology at junior middle school.
