Nanjing District High School Students Living On Campus Dormitory Management Research

With the rapid development of the cities and changes in the pattern of education, urban boarding schools will be the tendency of development of high schools in cities. In 2006, Nanjing No.Ⅹmiddle school and No.28 were merged and thus led to the rapid increase in students living on campus. The management of students living on campus dormitory is suddenly placed in front of the leaders. In the years of exploration and careful study, No.Ⅹmiddle school has managed to find a suitable method for high school students living on campus. In the last four years, the author has done theoretical studies of the dormitory management; At the same time, being a head teacher for years of students living on campus has made the practice of management research available. I hope to spread my "spot" research to the degree of the guidance for other schools.The author believes that the theory of meticulous management, the theory Life Education, "for three" in educational philosophy can act as the three theoretical support in the dormitory management. In the practice of management in the dormitory, we must establish a team of high -quality management, set up a sound system, and strive to create a culture of three-dimensional, dynamic, advanced management. By then, the number of the students living on campus will further increase while the pattern of Nanjing high school education will also change and the number of the boarding schools will be on the increase. I believe this study will provide a theoretical and practical guidance for the management of the boarding schools in Nanjing high schools.
