With the continuous reform and innovation of the education system,the construction of teaching team is focused by the Ministry of Education and universities across the country. At present,the rapid development of science and technology, and the continuous improvement of comprehensive national capacity, which changed in the macro environment; Due to the Multi-disciplinary of mutual has penetrated each other, the traditional "one-man operation" teaching methods can not meet the development and personnel training in teaching requirements; Teachers should update themselves in professional knowledge of teaching and scientific research to strengthen the development and improvement of teaching standards in the expanding information age. With the intensive international competition, and the high demand on personel improvement of students,which need teachers continously to improve their teaching methods and professional knowledge. So it makes University have to qualified their teaching team and teaching quality, to get a long-team development.In this study it is adhered to the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and the principle of the combination of theory and practice,through to the theoretical-discussion-Research-Analysis, Suggestions for thought, The team theory and theory of higher education combined with the literature research and interviews.Teaching team in China and the current development of China's environment and the status of University to study the issue, To Explore our teaching team and establish the concept of people-oriented ideas, improving college teaching incentives, increasing teacher training, strengthing the construction of teaching team and teaching reformation to improve the teaching quality and level.
