How To Cultivate Students' Overall Views Of History In History Teaching Of Middle School

After carrying out the reform of new curriculums, there have been major changes in the History teaching of the middle school. The new standards of History course make some requests for middle school students: By learning History, students must learn the general situation of development about China and the world, recognize the basic law of the development in human society, strengthen the History insights and feelings of mission, set up the ideals of life that constantly improving themselves, making contribution to our motherland's construction of socialism modernization and paying attention to nation and the destiny of mankind, and form an open recognition of world on the base of the learning of History in middle school .That cultivating the middle school students' overall views of History, which meets the requests of new curriculum standards and the development trend of times, can effectively improve students'comprehensive quality in History. In the process of cultivating students'overall History, we are expected to get a survey result which has comprehensive and high credibility through specific and History teaching practice, observation of classroom, teachers'interview, questionnaire method, etc. and learning the specific case in the course of students'studying History. According to the survey result, analyzing, and sorting out the problems and reasons in the process of cultivating middle school students'overall views of History, and then find ways and means to solve these problems.There are mainly three aspects of factors which Influence students'cultivating of overall views of History, they are: external environment of teaching, History teachers and students themselves, the core is students' factor. In the teaching and learning of History, the three aspects should be set about to cultivate students'overall views of History, and the key factor is students. In the new concept of teaching, we should make full use of local resources and the modern information technology, change History teacher teaching ideas and teaching methods, improve the reserving amount of History basic knowledge and students ability to integrate History materials, strengthen their History thinking ability, and furthermore cultivate middle school students'overall views of History, thus it finally make students form an open recognition of world.
