Research On The Present Teachers Of Elementary Physical For Yantai Five Areas

Teacher acts as a guide of the children and teenagers on their growing path. Teachers arefoundation in our education. Enough qualified teachers is the precondition of the successfulextracurricular activities. Higher comprehensive quality of teachers can promotes the growthof the children and teenagers, while reasonable arrangement of teachers is advantageous to thequality of education.This thesis studies the physical education teacher of Yentai wuqu primary schools. Bymeans of documentary, questionnaire, interview, statistics and logical science, this thesisstudies the teaching force of its Physical Education, and finally summarizes problems of thisschool, in order to give appropriate suggestions based on the long-term development of it.The findings of the survey are as fellows:1.Among physical education teachers in Yentai wuqu primary school, part-timers are morethan full-time teachers. Male and female teachers are out of proportion. Especially in Fushandistrict, the proportion is as high as7.5:1.2.As a whole, the proportion of physical education teachers among26-35year-old in Yentaiwuqu primary school is the biggest. Proportion of physical education teachers among26-45year-old is over65%. Considering all districts, the proportion of physical education teachersamong26-35year-old in Muping district is the biggest. The structure of physical educationteachers' age tends to be more sensible which favors the stability of the faculty.3. On the whole, the proportion of physical education teachers with postgraduate degreereaches9%, while that of bachelor's degree is the most, as high as63%. More than92%respondents have received continuing education, which is an effective form ofself-improvement.4. Among the respondent, the proportion of the teacher who has17-20class hour per weekis the most, counting to58%.6%of teachers has more than20class hour per week, which istoo heavy. In point of salary,53%teachers get average2500-3000RMB per month, which isthe most proportion. Their income is increasing gradually.The survey shows that more than50%of physical education teachers tend to find other jobs,which causes a loss of physical education teachers.According to the problems of Yentai wuqu primary schools, the survey proposes suggestions as fellows,1. Increase and improve the number and structure of full-time physical education teachers.2. Raise the status and income of the physical education teacher, while improve workingconditions.3. Increase funding in continuing education and provide more training.4. Promote ideological and ethical progress in order to enhance the sense of professionalresponsibility.
