In this paper, with the development of the level of in aerospace industry, the reliability index of electronic products have already been greatly improved from several hundred to one thousand hours to the five thousand hours nearly 10 years. According to the statistical test plan provided in GJB899, we can not afford the progress and funds of test. Therefore, the more advanced test mode is a problem to be solved. In recent years, many scholars have proposed a series of flexible solution such as reliability enhancement testing, reliability simulation testing, reliability accelerate testing and reliability integrated evaluation, some of which have been used in the model and achieved good effect. But according to development contract, the verification method through the reliability identification to acceptance reliability index is still necessary and convincing. So The focus is on quantitative evaluation of the reliability test method in this paper.The paper mainly discusses the design method of Bayesian statistical testing plan and the technology principle and application condition of reliability assurance test. In Bayesian statistical testing plan, according to the product with the exponential distribution, design features of classical standard fixed duration test plans in actual engineering is studied and summarized, this paper discusses mathematical method of designing Bayesian standard fixed duration test plans. And at the same time, based on the work of considering consumer's risk merely in the past, statistical testing plan is reasonable with balanced consumer's risk and producer's risk. In the study of reliability assurance test, the technology principle and application condition is fully discussed. At same time enhancing environmental stress screening technology is proposed on the basis of environmental stress screening in order to ensure the validity of the test in the test technology for or this test technology laid a solid widely theoretical basis. And then in the form of case above feasibility and availability of technology in engineering has been improved. Through this two kinds of the wide application of technology the cost for quality control can be greatly reduced, further cutting the product life cycle cost has laid a good foundation.
