Rotary steering drilling technology represents the development direction of domestic drillingtechnology, carrying out rotary steering drilling technology to enhance the competitiveness ofpetroleum industry in China is of great significance. Drilling parameter measurement and data andcommand transmission in the rotating equipment is decision-making basis and key technology inRotary steering drilling tools.In this paper, An underground embedded measurement system based on the MSC1210microprocessor is developed for measurement of power, frequency, rotational speed and data storage,to establish two-way signal transmission channel of non-contact for relatively rotating parts in themetal shield. In addition, according to the data storage, a data compression algorithm is designed,which is a very good solution to measurement and control circuits in downhole operation for a longtime the mass data storage problem.A portable PC software is developed based on the VC++6.0software platform, mainly tocomplete and single chip microcomputer system commands and data interactive, to realize thememory data receiving, data processing, graphic displaying and other functions. Increasing thereal-time data display function make debugging the system in the well convinent. Because ofbeautiful interface, simple operation, intuitive data displaying and graphical displaying,The PCsoftware is praised by users.In the process of debugging, we have studied the system anti interference methods, effectivelyfilter the common mode interference brought by power and the electromagnetic interference broughtby high radiation application environment. This system has been delivered, the accuracy ofmeasurement and comprehensive performance meet the requirement of engineering application.
