Cold-maintain system is a very important system which is discussed in reliabilitytheory, it is one of the main objects of the reliability of mathmatics.The relevantresearch results are mostly the analysis of the two-component system. but in realitysome large-scale and complicated system, the number of the system are often morethan two. for the reason of ensure system’s high-powered operation in maintenanceand repair process, some important components are defined the priority.Based on the original research, this paper puts three new kinds of cold-maintainsystem models with priority. The new models are more in line with the requirementsof the modern industry, and we also get some important reliability index of themodels.Firstly, combining with the actual life that there are many components may havevarious failure patterns, such as electronic components have two failure patterns:short circuit and open circuit, and put forward the two different components withtwo kinds of fault patterns, establishing a general model in the case of thecomponents’ work time and repair time both obey the exponential distribution、component1has priority than component2、transfer switch completely reliable,according to the markov repairable system theory, the state transition matrix, gettingthe steady-state index and average index through the computation, such as systemsteady state availability, steady-state fault frequency, and so on.Secondly, put forward a system composed with three different parts, a repairman anda completely reliable of switch, under the condition of that component1has prioritythan component2, component2has priority than3、the life time and repair time ofevery each component all obey the index distribution, according to the markovrepairable system theory、state transition matrix and related theory of reliabilitytheory, the paper gets the steady-state index and average index of the system.Finally, based on the model2,the paper further puts forward when the repair time ofcomponent1obey general distribution, using markov renewal process theory,introduces hypothetical state to simplify originally complex problem, finallyobtaining the mean time to first failure and the system availability.
