We gradually develop the experience of oilfield and do mass of basic work after enteredthe high water cut stage. It is one of the important work that admits the basic data of theproduction profile logging. Combined with the data, it can offer targeted potentialexploitation measures, especially in improving the residual oil recovery ratio. It is establisheda test area named “Tow-Three integration” in Lamadian oilfield recent years. Most of the wellfluid production is at a low level, and the number of the well is increasing. Annulusproduction profile logging tool uses an umbrella set of stream flow and water contentmeasurement. The biggest drawback of the umbrella set of converters is the loss in largequantities, it can not accurately measure the flow rate and water content values in thelow-flow, and then the moisture content of the measurement error is too large. Due to thecurrent umbrella set flow instrument can not meet the low-yielding liquid well logging, thedevelopment of a suitable low-yielding liquid well logging instrument is necessary.This paper studies the Lamadian oilfield geological features, development status and theusage of the production profile logging in Lamadian oilfield first. It analyzes the impedanceover the annulus production profile logging tool is the most common production profilelogging instruments, available for solving the test problems of the oil field most of the wellsto reach logging accuracy, but also has improvement in the low-yielding liquid oil welllogging requirements. Based on the ball set converter in low-yielding liquid in the well testhas the incomparable advantage of the characteristics of the umbrella set converter, focuseson the current collector performance, reliable and durable ball set converter, a large numberof experimental data showed that the wall thickness of3.0mm high elasticity of vulcanizedrubber ball is the most reliable and effective set of converters for inner tubes, water-resistantsilk tire of the ball. Flow impedance to find the umbrella set on the basis of the water meterand the old-fashioned ball set converter to improve the ball material, pumps, turbines, checkvalve, impedance probe, developed the ball set flow impedance of annular water detector as abetter and more accurate set flow. Seven wells10wells on-site test, and achieved very goodresults proved that the ball set flow impedance annular water detector reproducibility, stability,consistency is very good, suitable for low-yield oil well logging, improved low-yielding theaccuracy of the admission of the well fluid production profile information with reference toother oil field testing of low-yield wells, a very wide range of applications.
