Litho-stratigraphic traps have been main target in oil hydrocarbon exploration these years.As the exploration shifting from structural to non-structured, only fracture interpretation and mapping can’t be satisfied to explorers, new method is required to further study, such as sedimentary facies analysis, reservoir characterization, play pattern etc. Seismic sedimentology, using of seismic data to study sedimentary rocks and the processes by which they form, provides an alternative approach to predict these traps.To overcome the problems, such as low-level faults confusion and Litho-stratigraphic traps not implemented, that exits in the third member of sanhejie formation in Bohai oilfield of Zhanhua depression of the Jiyang Depression, the paper proposes an excellent method, appling seimic sedmentology principle and technologies to map intrabed small faults and predict sandstone distribution And taking the results of structural traps analysis sedimentology and control elements of hydrocarbon accumulation into ccount to choose interesting targets.In this paper, subjects as following are discussed in detail.1.Take the local structure evolution background of Bonan area as a starting point, in the fine demarcation foundation, with coherent technologies and frequency spectrum decomposition so on analysis, has distinguished number four sands of the third member of Shahejie foramation and member six sands of the third member of Shahejie foramation, whose can be definitely effective.Had considered fully the research area three-dimensional space velocity field, carries on the lamination to change speed the chart, restored the underground real conformation accurately on the depth constructional drawing, establishment goal level constructional drawing5.2.According to depositional setting of Shahejie formation, seismic sedimentology technologies, such as acoustic impedance(AI) inversion, multi-seismic attributes analysis, strata slice, frequency interpretation etc., are applied using of3-D assembled seimic data to study sedimentary facies and to predict sandstone distribution within high-resolution sequence stratigraphical framework.This work is sufficient for an accurate prediction of interesting target in the region of seismic coverage outside well control.3.Prediction the sandstone distribution of the third member of shahejie formation through an effective approach including four steps:1) analysis of the oil-bearing sand characters, such as vertical stacking pattern, acoustic impendance etc;2) well cross correlation;3) using of seismic attrubutes to build a planimetric model and4) using of seismic inversion control lateral prediction. Prediction of the Shahejie formation favourable sand body distribution, improve the prediction accuracy of stratigraphic and lithologic traps, Looking from the forecast granulated substance body plane distribution,6granulated substance group entire district distribution is widespread, the granulated substance group’s main trend northwest moves toward for southeast, thing source direction from southeast isolated island bulge.4granulated substance groups distribute relatively widely, compares with6granulated substance groups has certain succession, distributes area the work area mid-north, the granulated substance body extends the direction for the southeast-northwest direction, the thing source from the southeast isolated island bulge;3granulated substance groups distribute are relatively small, mainly in the work area mid-south area, the thing source possibly comes from the south Chenjiazhuang bulge.4.Appling the method of from single element analysis to multi-aspects synthesization to choose the best interested targets.Here signle element refers to structural maps, location of sand bodies and hydrocarbon accumulation path etc.Fannals we propoes three wells in our interesting area.The methods used in the Luo35well area of Bonan oilfield of Zhanhua depression of Jiyang Depression has effectively solved problems in E&P, and and built a series of mothods for channel sand reservoirs, and also, which we used, just fit other oilfield.
