Study On Distribution And Fractal Geometry Of Delta Channelin Pingguo Orefield, Guangxi

The research on bauxite deposit was barely associated with original ore, and based on the Pingguo regional geology background, home and abroad, the author carrys out a lot of studies primary bauxite deposit in Taiping and Nadou. Through Studying on raw bauxite exposure and accumulation of bauxite, I know the geologic feature in the mining area. Hoping to perfect the metallogenetic model, metallogenetic palaeoenvironment and their’s connections. It is a innovation to bing fractal geometry into the study of primary bauxite deposit in Pingguo.including:1. Research on regional geology background. After working on the regional geology background and basic geological characteristics in Pingguo, we find out the metallogenetic palaeoenvironment of primary deposit in the Permian and its feature of evolution. After studying indepth on the terrace and island background of raw bauxite mineralization, we find out that it is a series combation of little terrace and island. With the terrace condition to assume the mineralization geology background, it is the basis of primary bauxite metallogenetic-mechanism.2. Research on delta metallogenetic palaeoenvironme of primary bauxite. With the field investigation on the distribution of seam and types of ore, we draw a conclusion that the raw bauxite fans out overall and the delta metallogenetic-model was built.3. Research on fractal geometry of primary bauxite delta river. On the basis of the-spot investigation phenomenon, we find the existence of fluvial facies. String these interrelated channel and sand bar together, delta river system exist. After carefully studying on the typical section of the river, we find the raw bauxite fluvial facies with fractal geometry and we figure out that the fluvial facies and distribution of river have the fractal features.
