The land subsidence is an geological phenomenon that groud surface declineaccumulated. It mainly happens in urban areas, with great harmfulness.Therefore, we mustuse reasonable monitoring tools to actively respond to the ground subsidence.LandSubsidence is one of the most prominent geological disasters in Xi’an. All kinds of buildingson and under the ground surface has been violated inordinately. The sustainable alsoexacerbates the activities of ground fissures in Xi’an. It caused great harm to the municipalfacilities and Xi’an city construction.Synthetic aperture radar interferometry (InSAR) is a new measurement technology.SBAS-InSAR is a new techkology of InSAR. This paper first analysis InSAR and D-InSARtechnology. Then introduced InSAR new methods. This paper applies SBAS-InSARtechnology and uses Xi’an InSAR data to study of the land subsidence,calculated Xi’an landsubsidence,compared the monitoring results using SBAS-InSAR with Other methods’ results,reached following conclusions:1.This paper analysis Xi’an land subsidence by SBAS-InSAR technology,getdeformation figure,the results is consistent with leveling. Verify the feasibility ofSBAS-InSAR technology.2.From the deformation figure we can see that QingLiangSi appear around thesubsidence center, The survey found it caused by QingLiangSi park construction, Surfaceexcavation and Excessive use of the groundwater.3.From the deformation figure, Xi’an Subsidence center all Elliptic in shape, Long axisagree with ground fissure.Xi’an land subsidence is divided between ground fissure, Thisshows the ground fissure limits the Xi’an Subsidence in the space.4.Through the eastern suburb of subsidence prediction center may appear ground fissurewill longitudinal development.5.Based on previous research results and the results obtained in this paper, analysis foundthat along with Fill in the well, Limit the use of groundwater and Heihe water engineering, therate of Xi’an Subsidence slow down.
