In practical engineering, application of combination materials is very extensive. It involves aerospace, aviation, machinery, electronics, chemical, biological and engineering science. Usually, destruction of combined with the material from near the interface. The combination to the plane of overlapped structure forms is commom to appear material repair engineering conditions. It cause repair the structure falling or overlapped structure stripping. It research that contents of the stress analysis of the plane of overlapped structure’s interface.Firstly, using the characteristic equation of the interface.Calculating with singularity structure index for homogeneous the plane of overlapped structure and different material of the plane of overlapped structure. And on the basis of theoretical calculation, using the ANSYS finite software to calculate with numerical simulation, the basic theory and numerical solution is very similar. When the mating angle of the plane of overlapped structure must be constant, stress singularity index is increaseing following with the structure of the young modulus ratio. When the young modulus ratio is certain, the plane of overlapped structure interface stress singularity index following with angle increases.Secondly, under the two loading of concentrated force and moment working respectively, homogeneous the interface stress distribution of plane overlapped structure and change with Angle. Different materials the interface stress distribution of plane overlapped structure and change with Angle. Results show that:Two young modulus3E1=E2of material plane of overlapped structure, can be grasp rule more easily, by reducing the Angle of interface to reduce stress.Finally, the research on the influence of the material constants for overlapped structure, It’s good for the choice of reasonable structure. Results show that:the young modulus has greater effects for the overlapped structure, poisson ratio has lesser effects.
