With the development of social economy, many departments andindustries need more and more surveying and mapping informations, thedemanding of current situation and information of surveying and mappinginformations is growing, the traditional acquisition methods can not meet theneed of social development. The rapid development of computer technologyhas promoted the development of Surveying and mapping, mapping alsoundergone a fundamental change. At the same time, because of thepopularization and development of total station, GPS global satellitepositioning system, and Digital photogrammetric system, the rapidtransformation has occurred. The traditional mapping will be graduallyreplaced by the digital surveying method. The traditional topographic mapwere almost replaced by digital products.Digital line graph (DLG) is the most important and widely used basicgeographic data. It is the important strategic resources of informatizationconstruction of a city. It is widely used in the cities’construction andmanagement of application.How to effectively meet the quality requirementsof DLG production, is a new task in front of each mapping departments.The current method mainly adopt to DPS (JX-4、Virtuozo)or elsemethods to collect three dimension data, then the data is ducted into mapediting system(Geoway、CAD)to be edited, at last, Storage of data andmapping data is obtained. This data acquisition and editing independentlyproduct mode, which must Transform Data between editors software,resulting in the DLG data accuracy out of control, lossing of information, andcan not adapt to the rapid DLG production, restricts DLG production. For the separation of3D acquisition and3D editing brings a series ofproblems, this paper studied the key technology and production technology ofthe digital line graph (DLG), puted forward the implementing scheme, so asto complete the production of the digital line graph (DLG),improve andrealize the efficiency and technical means of the integration of acquisition andediting of DLG editing operation.The main work accomplished and breakthrough are as follows:(1)It analysed the principle and production flow of3D acquisition andediting of DLG, in allusion to the present research and developmentstate,Puted forward the research purposes and practical significance inintegration of acquisition and editing production of DLG, expatiated thepurpose and applied significance of3D production of DLG.(2)The key technology of plotting of the integration of acquisition andediting was researched, and analyzed the feasibility of personnel andequipment, determined the practical operating processes and procedures.(3)Analysed the differences between DPS and former software in3Dacquisition and editing of DLG, cleared the advantages of integration ofacquisition and editing production, quantified the increasing efficiency inProduction process.(4)It selected four1:1million topographic map of Helingeer measuredarea in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for test area.Completed1:1million topographic map integration of acquisition and editing production ofDLG, and checked out the precision of the results. Powerfully supported thatthe integration of acquisition and editing production method is feasible.
