According to the high-output frequency and large amount of the remote sensing information products, considering the requirements for its on-demand information publishing oriented by estimation of Marginal Sea Air-Sea CO2flux, remote sensing information service issued the hair is not yet perfect. The traditional service release hairdo limitations can not meet the requirements of the dynamic publishing. Thus, this paper focus on the methods to publish service dynamically aiming at the achievement of dynamic publishing on server and dynamic transmission from server to user client. The final purpose is the guarantee for maximize the use of service resources and real-time update on user client.First, to meet the service requirements of real-time, temporal continuity of information products and initiative, we formulate the service content differentiating between real-time data and historical data based on analysis on service mode of remote sensing data about Marginal Sea Air-Sea CO2flux. Moreover, we demonstrate a dynamic-publication strategy of remote information service relying on integrated manager of information products, dynamic service-driven engine and multi-endpoint dynamic information transmissions channels after analyzing the limitation and shortage of traditional service-publication strategy.Second, we study three critical technical points—dynamic map service pool, push notifications of service publication and forced cache updating for user client, to realize the strategy. We build dynamic service pool based on map service-object organization with effective time nodes, and realize dynamic service-update process by its updating strategy. We design specific message format to reveal the transformation of map service object in dynamic service pool, and realize integrative dynamic information transmission from server to client through message-pushing channel for multi-users, and further, achieve cache updating in client by message mechanism to avoid hysteresis of information service. Finally, we apply this strategy into remote sensing information service system of Marginal Sea Air-Sea CO2flux, using existing software development technology. To determine the optimal configuration of dynamic service pool using an evaluation method of pool management, which analyzes parameters like number of service in dynamic service pool and number of service layers. A secondary message transmission from map server and Web server to client realizes dynamic and timely information receiving. System applications such as notification of client data updating, user message subscribe and message push authority suggests the guidance and achievement of this strategy.
