Due to the affections got by crisscrossed different grade faults, the structure of complex fault-block reservoir is fragmented and complicated. Thus the basis of building a complex fault-block reservoir geological model is to build a high quality fault model.To build a complex fault-block reservoir geological model, the first thing is to build a high-quality fault model which is also the biggest difference between the model building of complex fault-block reservoir and general reservoir. This work needs to determine the type, attitude, growth layer and cutting relations of each fault which appears in the work area based on the structure map. In the process of modeling faults, corresponding methods should be selected for different type of faults based on the identification of fault’s contact relations. That can make the faults got from the model more reasonable. All the work should be done based on the fault parameter that is well gathered and organized. After building a correct and reasonable fault model, use the corner point geometry to get a pillar gridding. And finally build the construct model which is the intergration of fault model and layer model created by the layer data. Then build a phase model of complex fault-block reservoir based on the structure model. Finally use the phase-controlled constraint technology to build the reservoir property model.On the basis of summing up complex fault block oil reservoir geological modeling process, this paper utilize all kinds of information and build the Hong032well area S75-layer three-dimensional geological model. By the comparison of phased attribute model and non-phased attribute model, shows that compare to just using the stochastic modeling, using the phase-controlled reservoir parameter model to build3D reservoir parameter model is more reasonable, more accurate and can embodies the real geology tendency more. By testing the consistency of probability distribution, attribute profile contrast and history matching, the results show that this model has higher accuracy and reliability.
