Preliminary Study On Species And Distribution Of Lignicolous Saprophytic Fungi In Parts Of Shandong

Lignicolous saprophytic fungi are important biodiversity components in fungi, as well as the research objects for the international mycologist all the time. There are vast territory, various types of wood and a wind range of trees in Shandong province. The number of report about lignicolous saprophytic fungi in Shandong is few, as well as out of proportion of ecological resources. In the hope that as the research developed, more lignicolous saprophytic fungi would be discovered and the fungi resources of Shandong would be enriched. Lignicolous saprophytic fungi in parts of Shandong were investigated, collected, identified, isolated and preserved.About800stems, leaves, tree barks of plants were collected from Weihai (Juyu Mountain, Dagu Moutain, Xiaozhai River), Yantai(Kunyu Moutain), Qingdao(Maogong Moutain, Beijiushui, Three standard Mountain, Seven jian Valley), Linyi(Dawa courty, Yi Moutain), Dongying(Yellow River Delta)during2010to2011. The specimens were put in the sterile plastic bags and brought back to the laboratory.4classes6orders10families13genera and32species of saprophytic ascomycetes were identified. Among them,18taxa were regarded as the new recorded species for China, and4taxa were unidentified species. The generic establishment, evolution history, characteristics, distribution locality and latest classification, anamorph and related species were described and discussed detailedly."New recorded species:Botryosphaeria foliorum, Leptosphaeria agnita, Leptosphaeria dumetorum, Leptosphaeria eustomoides, Leptosphaeria scitula, Leptosphaeria solani, Lophiostoma arundinis, Lophiostoma mucosum, Lophiostoma semimiberum, Lophiostoma vagabundum, Massarina brunaudi, Massarina papulosa, Massarina polymorpha, Trematosphaeria wegeliniana, Pleospora papaveracea, Phaeosphaeria luctuosa, Lindra inflate, Dictyosporium subramanianii, Dinemasporium fusiforme.Species have been previously reported from China:Botryosphaeria festucae, Leptosphaeria arundinacea, Lophiostoma caudatum, Lophiostoma caulium " var.d", Lulworthia kniepii, Diatrypella quercina, Leptosphaeria libanotis, Pleospora epilobii, Massarinula dendroclami.Unidentified species:Botryosphaeria sp.,Coniochaeta sp., Diatrypella sp. Sporormiella sp.
