Freshwater lignicolous fungi not only play an important role in freshwater ecosystem and material cycle in nature as decomposers,but also are important biological resources.In this paper,130 samples of fresh water sediment saprophytes were collected in the water ditches,ponds,streams,rivers and lakes of Nanchang City,Jiujiang City,Yichun City,etc.The taxonomic molecular phylogeny was studied with morphological study,and the following results were obtained:Firstily,in this study,392 strains of culture were obtained from 130 samples of effective fresh water deposited saprophytes,and 63 genera and 128 species of fungi were identified by 340 culture sequenced.Secondly,the study selected Nanchang City,Jiujiang City,Yichun City,Jiangxi Province.Thirty samples were collected.A total of 249 fungal cultures were isolated(Group NC:10 samples,strain 60;Group JJ:10 samples,strain 86;Group YC:10 samples,strain 50),the 197 identified 90 species,belonging to 45 Genus,27 Family,21 Order,9 Subclass,10 Class,5 Subdividion,5 Dividion.Among them,7dominant genera are Trichoderma,Penicillium,Fusarium,Arthrinium,Mortierella,Saprolegnia,Talaromyces,each genus identified at least 3 species in this study,for 4dominant species are Saprolegnia australis,Paecilomyces aerugineus,Talaromyces diversiformis,Talaromyces aerugineus,the detection frequency is at least 16%.Thirdly,further collection sample 100,selected Nanchang City Meiling Shenlongtan stream to further research into the aquatic fungi and terrestrial fungi.By analyzing the ecological data of the two sampling sites,the results showed that the diversity of terrestrial fungi on shore was significantly higher than that of aquatic fungi.The diversity index(H')of aquatic fungi was 3.1469,and the diversity index(H')of terrestrial fungi was 3.3534.The fungi in both habitats were 23.33% of the total number of fungal species,S' is 0.3784,which showed the lower similarity of fungal communities.There is a relatively lagging region in freshwater fungi research in Jiangxi Province,but species diversity is abundant.Therefore,it is worth collecting freshwater fungi resources more comprehensively with more diverse research methods.The purpose of this study is to investigate the diversity of freshwater fungi in Jiangxi Province,to explore and collect freshwater fungi germplasm resources,and to provide identification basis and literature reference for subsequent research.
