A Study On The Strategy Of Linkage Development Between The Island And Mainland During The Development Process Of Island In China

A series planning s of Marine development have been put forward in the21st century, marine economy in our country is coming for a new round of development boom. Ocean has huge development potential,it has been a important strategic space to support the future development in China,and the marine economy has also been a important engine to promote national economic development. With the push forward of marine development strategy in China,islands as the forward position of marine development and opening up have get a unprecedented opportunity to develop.The importance of island economy is also increasing. Nowadays, Island development have been a key development zone to many coastal cities.In that context,the emphasis of island research has continuously improve, related studying achievement is also flourishing.But compare with the reasearch of urban development in mainland,the research of island development is still relatively less. And the systematic pectination of island development process still have some shortages. Therefore, the present thesis systematic combs the process and strategy of island development since our founding in1949.Then conduct the study of island development strategy from the perspective of linkage development between the island and mainland.The thesis is divided into six chapters, which are as follows:Chapter one is introduction. It’s mainly about the research background and research issues of this article.Then scope the relevant research literature of domestic and abroad.At the same time, confirm the research ideas,research framework and research method.At last, declare the research object, research scope and data sources.The main section of this article is the second, third, fourth and fifth chapters.Chapter two and Chapter three are mainly combs the process and strategy of island development since our founding in1949.At first, summarize the basic information and main preponderant resources of the island.Then,divided the development process into three stages,and analyses basic processes,main characteristics, development strategies of the different stages.On the basis of the researchs above, Chapter four discuss the main content of linkage development between the island and mainland.Then analyse the evolutionary model and dynamic mechanism of linkage development with concrete cases.In Chapter five, this paper analyse the strategy selection in Island explore from the perspective of government management.Then discusse the innovative strategy of management mainly from four aspects include authority, function, institution and administrative division.The last Chapter is conclusions and outlook summarize the main research points of this article,Then point out the research direction of in-depth study to the problems and shortages in this article.
